After the spectacular success of the 2012 PEAK Motor Oil World of Outlaws World Finals in November, fans are rushing quicker than a sprint car on the lightning-fast, four-tenths-mile clay oval to renew their seats, in anticipation of next year’s sellout.

According to popular racing magazine National Speed Sport News, the 2012 PEAK Motor Oil World of Outlaws World Finals “was easily the most successful rendition of the event at The Dirt Track at Charlotte with cars filling the pit area and fans lining the fences and spilling over into the pits.”

The three-day event, which brings together the top three series in the sport, the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the Big-Block Modifieds of the Super DIRTcar Series, is returning to The Dirt Track at Charlotte for the seventh straight year.

“The World Finals is truly a unique event and one of the most exciting of our season,” said 2012 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series champion Donny Schatz. “The fans get to be part of the championship celebrations and, for the only time all year, see the World of Outlaw sprint cars, late models and the Super DIRTcar Series on the same track.”

Serving as the season finale for all three series, the World Finals promises fierce on-track rivalries and plenty of excitement as championship battles come down to the wire.

“The competition is some of the toughest we face all season and the fans get to see a great show,” added Schatz. “We won both races at the 2011 World Finals and came up short last year. It’s one of our goals to finish the year in style by winning the World Finals in 2013.”

Fans have until Thursday, Jan. 31 to renew their World Finals tickets for next year’s event, to be held Nov. 7-9. For a down payment of just $10, fans can lock-in 2012 pricing and get a three-day pit pass included. On Feb. 1, reserved seats will go on sale to the general public.

The deadline to renew tickets for the Circle K NOS Energy Outlaw Showdown on May 24 and the Circle K Back-to-School Monster Truck Bash on Aug. 10 is also Jan. 31. Interest-free payment plans are available for all 2013 events. To purchase 2013 tickets, call the speedway ticket office at 1-800-455-FANS (3267) or go online at www.charlottemotorspeedway.com.
