For the first time in NHRA national event history, qualifying and eliminations for Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle at an NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series event will be conducted four-wide instead of two at the inaugural NHRA Four-Wide Nationals, March 25-28, at zMAX Dragway.

Located in the pavilion behind the John Force Grandstand, adjacent to the staging lanes, zMAX Fan Fest is free with the purchase of a ticket to the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals.
The display will feature more than 10 nostalgia dragsters, including a 1960 Vintage Junior Fuel Front Engine Dragster, an original 1933 Ford Coupe and a 1978 Corvette Alcohol Funny Car, and will be located in the pavilion throughout the weekend.
In addition to the nostalgia dragsters on display, rock bands will perform live concerts throughout the weekend, NHRA drivers will stop by for autograph sessions and the U.S. Olympic gold medal winning four-man bobsled team will hold a special autograph session on Saturday.
The four-wide action will start with qualifying on Friday and Saturday, March 26-27, at the Bellagio of drag strips.

From now through the event, fans can purchase a can of Full Throttle Energy Drink at participating Circle K convenience stores, then redeem the empty can at the Charlotte Motor Speedway ticket office or, during event weekend, at the zMAX Dragway ticket windows for the eight-dollar savings.
Single-day tickets for the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals start at only $25 before the eight-dollar discount. When applied, fans can save 32 percent and pay only $17.

Motorsports enthusiasts are known for their love of camping close to the action, and drag racing fans are no exception. Fans can take advantage of trackside camping at zMAX Dragway and observe the history-making NHRA Four-Wide Nationals from the comfort of their campsites!
Trackside camping at zMAX Dragway features standard no-hookup 25'x70' RV spaces for self-contained units, room for tow vehicles and a viewing area at the front of the space. Spaces are located at the Top End of the quarter-mile. Pricing is $400 for sites located before the timing light and $300 for sites located after the timing light. Located just off Bruton Smith Boulevard (1-85, exit 49), the Tom Johnson Camping Center Racing Resort is a short walk from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a short drive to Concord Mills. This full service RV camping area is available for each event held at Charlotte Motor Speedway, zMax Dragway and The Dirt Track and is also available for daily camping on non-event days. This campground features picnic tables in each spot, gravel pads, and asphalt roads. Your services include water & sewer hookups as well as electric service. Two (2) spot sizes are available: 20'x 50' and 30'x 50'.

Klondike Family Campground is located outside of Turns 3 and 4 of Charlotte Motor Speedway. This "family camping" area features standard no-hookup RV camping with 20' x 50' camp sites. Responsible drinking, quiet time observance, and a general "family camping" atmosphere makes this one of our most popular campgrounds. It's a great place to bring your children or grandchildren.
