How do I schedule the Fan Van?
To book the Fan Van for your next event simply email the Fan Van at 
or call Emily Jones at (704) 455-4473. Payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
The Charlotte Motor Speedway Fan Van is available for a wide array of events at an affordable rate of $100 an hour, with a two hour minimum. For events located more than 30 miles away from Charlotte Motor Speedway, a gas fee will be applied. Please provide an address when booking and this fee will be calculated.
You can customize your Fan Van experience to
include any of the following and more:

- Activities
- Music
- POWERADE
When can I have a party?
The Fan Van is available 7 days a week, but is based on availability. The Fan Van is not available during Charlotte Motor Speedway events. Contact us for exact dates available.
Can I cancel my party?
Cancellation with more than 3 weeks’ notice will receive a full refund. No refund is available with less than three weeks’ notice but you will have the option to reschedule the party within one year.
