Qualifying: Qualifying is scheduled for Friday, May 27, at 5:05 p.m. (EDT) and the cars will be impounded by NASCAR after qualifying. The better of two laps will determine a driver's official qualifying speed for the CARQUEST Auto Parts 300. Starting positions 1-42 will be determined by qualifying speeds with the top 30 in the NASCAR Busch Series owner standings guaranteed a starting position. The remaining spot in the 43-car field will be filled by the most recent series champion or the next fastest driver in qualifying.

Radio/Television: Performance Racing Network (PRN) will broadcast the CARQUEST Auto Parts 300 live to its affiliate radio stations beginning at 6:30 p.m. (EDT).
