Rick Nasoff Named Director of Event Services
Rick Nasoff, a 25-year veteran of the food service industry, has joined Speedway Motorsports, Inc. as director of event services.
A native of College Park, Md., who now lives in Mooresville, N.C., Nasoff previously worked as director of operations for Levy Restaurants, the Chicago-based company that pioneered the category of upscale food service for venues such as sports stadiums, ballparks, arenas, race tracks and convention centers.
In his new role, Nasoff serves as a liaison between SMI and Levy Restaurants which provides food and beverage service for each of SMI's six speedways. He also works with SMI Properties and Motorsports Authentics concerning trackside souvenir sales and assists the general managers at each track in training volunteer and part-time help.

Nasoff graduated from Maryland's Frostburg University and worked for several of the nation's largest volume grossing restaurant companies, including Rainforest Café and Dave and Buster's. He joined Levy Restaurants in 1998 where he was able to combine his passions for sports and food service.
Nasoff and his wife, Lori, have two children.
