High-flying, metal-mashing, mega machines will invade The Dirt Track at Charlotte Aug. 14, for a spectacular thrill show during the 11th annual Circle K Back-to-School Monster Truck Bash. Equalizer, Raminator, Samson, War Wizard, Brutus, Hot Tamale and Avenger are among those expected to compete in head-to-head challenges at The Dirt Track.

The July 14 finale of the Summer Drag & Brag Series featured a car count of more than 100 cars and some great grudge-racing action. Daniel Gonzalez of Concord, N.C. recorded a perfect .000 second reaction time during round six of Summer Drag & Brag in his 2005 Nissan Sentra. He also took home the night’s Iron Man award for making 23 passes.
