The Charlotte Motor Speedway AutoFair hosted by OldRide.com is known for attracting car enthusiasts from across the globe to witness the thousands of hot rods on display, but it also attracts them for another reason, unique and delicious food.

This year at the world's largest automotive extravaganza, April 3-6, speedway officials and Levy Restaurants are teaming up to bring back the Jailhouse Rock Café with three unique items paying homage to the King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley and another one of his prized vehicles that will be on display at the car show.

Among the menu items is a gooey grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich, a treat that was known to be a favorite of the "All Shook Up" singer. In addition to the peanut butter and banana sandwich, fans can also partake in the Hound Dog Fries, shoe string French fries topped with brown gravy and caramelized onions and cap off their meal with Blue Hawaii fresh pineapple lemonade.

Fans with an even sweeter tooth will get a kick out of our new Donut Delight sandwich section of the Jailhouse Rock Café menu, with items coinciding with a special vehicle display for the 85th anniversary of the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. Sure to be a favorite is the Chicken Donut Delight, a spicy fried chicken breast topped with American cheese, smoked bacon and maple dijonnaise between two long john donuts with a sriracha glaze.

Levy is getting some help this year from Harrisburg, N.C-based bakery, Granny Mac's. The bakery is providing the long john donuts for the Donut Delight sandwiches.

Below is the full assortment of Donut Delights, and fans can even grab a cup of premium coffee to go along with the sandwich of their choosing.

  • Deli Donut Delight, turkey, roast beef, American cheese, smoked bacon, maple dijonnaise, lettuce and tomato served between two locally-made long john donuts.
  • Chicken Donut Delight, spicy fried chicken breast, American cheese, smoked bacon and maple dijonnaise between two locally-made long john donuts with an in-house made sriracha glaze.
  • Peanut Butter, Banana and Bacon Donut Delight, grilled peanut butter, bananas and bacon on locally-made long john donuts.
  • Krispy Kreme Doughnut Burger, 1/3 pound burger, bacon and American cheese between two hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

The Jailhouse Rock Café menu will be available at the Levy Restaurant stand in the infield of Charlotte Motor Speedway across from the media center. Pricing for these special menu items starts at just $2.
