The party includes:
- 2 hour party in our party room on the infield of Charlotte Motor Speedway
- 2 CMS staff members available
- Photo opportunity in Victory Circle

All items below are a la carte:
Goody bags for the children- $5 per child
Race car bean bag toss & paint your race car or Lug Nut coloring activity- $2 per child
A visit from our mascot, Lug Nut- $50
Pizza & drinks- $4 per person (children & adults)
Birthday cake, ¼ sheet- $25
Paper products (cups, plates, napkins, & forks)- $1 per person
Speedway van ride around track- $5 per person per ride (children & adults)*

When can I have a party?
Parties can be held 7 days a week, but are based on availability of the facility. Parties are not available during Charlotte Motor Speedway events. Contact us for exact dates available.
How do I schedule a party?
Call or email Rachel Calloway (704-455-4373 or 
) to schedule a party. Payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Can I cancel my party?
Cancellation with more than 3 weeks’ notice will receive a full refund. No refund is available with less than three weeks’ notice but you will have the option to reschedule the party within one year.
Can I bring in my own food & drinks?
You can bring in your own food & drinks if you would like. You can set up 30 minutes prior to the start of the party.

*All minors under the age of 18 must have a parent complete a minor release waiver prior to their ride. All adults must also sign a liability waiver.
