ERIK DARNELL (no. 99 Northern Tools & Equipment Ford) "I didn't have a problem on that restart as far as spinning my tires, it just felt like I couldn't get the car into second gear. I noticed that on one of the restarts before that and I noticed my teammate Travis Kvapil had the same problem. It's just frustrating and disappointing. I don't know what happened on that restart but I knew Johnny (Benson) was laying back wanting to get a run on me. I kind of slowed up and the way I read the rule is the leader is supposed to control the restart and Johnny took off before we got to the restart line and that lost it for us right there. I don't blame losing the race on him - it's just frustrating."
MATT CRAFTON -"Finally, we get to light them up. Now they can say when is the second one coming. I can't thank these guys enough. Our Chevy Silverado was awesome. I never gave up. Track position was everything tonight. I wasn't going to get give it to them on the top."
CHAD MCCUMBEE - "That was a hard fought second place. I wouldn't want to see anyone else but him win if it wasn't me. We are getting closer and closer to winning one of these. We had a radio problem there at the start. We didn't know whether or not to pit and we had a bunch of green flag laps there. It is kind of bitter sweet to get that close and not get the win. But, we are happy with second. Matt kind of brake checked me just a little bit. We didn't quite up to speed on the last restart there. I was really and truly trying to bid my time. I just can't thank everybody enough."
BRENDAN GAUGHAN - "It was a heck of a night. We qualified back there. But, these guys built a race truck, not a qualifying truck. It was a long night. The guys had great pit stops. We brought home a brand new truck in third and my team mate was fifth, so it was a great night for the Circle Bar team".
