To help race fans celebrate in style and good taste on May 25 at the Coca-Cola 600, the founder and chairman of Charlotte Motor Speedway has revealed his personal recipe for backyard hamburgers cooked on the grill.
"This recipe makes the most mouth-watering hamburgers you've ever tasted and it will add just the right spice to a great Memorial Day Weekend of tailgating at the Coca-Cola 600," said Smith proudly. "This is the only recipe I use when I cook out, and once it gets out, I know I'll have to turn down franchise opportunities!"
