The event¿the fastest growing show on the Goodguys calendar¿also includes a manufacturer¿s midway, swap meet, car corral area with vehicles for sale, model car and pedal car show and a chance to ride around the famous 1.5-mile Charlotte Motor Speedway oval at 130-plus miles per hour in the passenger seat of a NASCAR NEXTEL Cup race car.
Saturday night will see the return of the popular ¿Cruise Under the Lights,¿ wherein hundreds of hot rods and customs take to the 1.5-mile superspeedway for several laps.
The K&N Filters Goodguys Southeastern Nationals runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets can only be purchased at the gate on event days. Adult tickets are $12 per day with children ages 7 to 12 only $6. Children 6 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult. Parking for the event is $5.
