NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race Format Change
The 2012 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race will have a new format, putting more emphasis on winning a segment, the crews and the final pit stop. The winners of each segment will line up in positions 1-4 for the final pit stop. It will be up to their crew chiefs to decide what to do on that stop: two tires? Four tires? Fuel? Stop-n-Go?
