Kevin Harvick (winner of the NEXTEL All-Star Challenge)

"I'm just thrilled. It's pretty awesome to have my name on this trophy. We've torn up a lot of cars before in this race so I wasn't a real big fan heading into it. It's the all-star race and I had made my mind up to stay on bottom, and Jimmie was going to have to go to the outside of me if he was going to pass me because there's nothing on the line. We got fortunate on that last restart and after that everything just fell into place. Everybody knows that the No. 48 car is the car to beat at this track. I just knew I had to make him go where I wasn't and it worked out. It was a good race and we had a good car all night. There's nothing on the line but the trophy. We race as hard as we can all the time. We've been very fortunate to win the Daytona 500, the Brickyard 400 and now the NEXTEL All-Star Challenge. I feel very fortunate. We've got a lot of momentum. We've been in contention all year with the exception of a couple of races. I think that shows the strength of this team."
