NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race Pit Note #5
North Carolina Education Lottery 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Pole Winner Quotes: Timothy Peters (No. 17 GearWrench/Red Horse Racing Toyota) “We unloaded really good. Butch Hylton (crew chief) did a really good job on our truck. We worked hard on the balance trying to find what I needed to go fast. We know that Charlotte is a very temperamental track and is going to change dramatically when the night comes on. We felt like the balance we have is going to be fast for the night. I think it’s going to pay off. I’m just thankful that Tom DeLoach (team owner) took a chance on me two years ago when I know he didn’t have to. Charlotte is home town to not only the guys that work on these trucks, I call it home, too, even though I’m two hours away. It’s a pretty big deal. Our luck has been there, and we haven’t run bad, but we are trying to run well. That’s a better way to put it. We found that today. So, it’s going to pay dividends for us down the road.”
