More than 3,000 custom and modified cars will be at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the 17^th annual Goodguys Southeastern Nationals Oct. 29 - 31. Born more than 50 years ago, the street rod and custom craze is thriving and this giant event showcases automotive masterpieces from around the nation.

Street rods, customs, street machines and muscle cars displayed at the Goodguys Southeastern Nationals span the spectrum of automotive history, ranging from Model-A Fords stuffed with V-8 power to the radical Dodges and Chevrolets that ruled the streets during the late 1960s.

The action-packed event also includes a manufacturers' midway, swap meet, car corral area with vehicles for sale, model car and pedal car display.
