AMA Pro Flat Track is America’s original extreme sport.  With roots dating back to the first two-wheel speed demons in the 1920’s, AMA Pro Flat Track is highly regarded as the most prestigious and competitive form of dirt track racing in the world.  A lot has changed over the last 90 years, but the spirit of the sport remains as perhaps the truest, purest test of man and machine. This is a No Cooler event, but 2 sealed water bottles will be allowed per person.

The 900 horsepower race trucks of TORC: The Off-Road Championship return to The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway Friday night, August 19 and Saturday, August 20. The best drivers on dirt will battle the high-flying jumps, searing sweepers and grueling competition  

  • 5PM-Pits opening to the public
  • 7:30PM -PROLight, PRO 2WD and PRO 4WD races start
  • Post-race track walk!

Tickets cost $15, VIP Tickets cost $65, and Pit Passes cost $40 for 2-day Pit Band. Children 12 & Under get in FREE!

The Monster Energy MXGP of the Americas will take place at The Dirt Track at Charlotte September 2-3, 2016. The event is part of the FIM World Championship, the premier global motocross championship, and is the East Coast’s only MXGP stop. American motocross stars including Eli Tomac, Justin Barcia and Chad Reed will take on European sensations like Tim Gajser, Tony Cairoli and Romain Febvre on a first-of-its-kind MXGP SuperCourse in what is sure to be a high-octane showcase of dirt-flying excitement.

This is a No Cooler event, but 2 sealed water bottles will be allowed per person.

NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series

The NHRA’s best drivers begin their quest for supremacy in the first race of the six-race NHRA Mello Yello Series Countdown to the Championship at zMAX Dragway. Every ticket is a pit pass, giving fans unmatched access to the drivers and crews who drive these 10,000-horsepower machines to their limits!

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers leave it all on the track during knockout qualifying to set the field for the Bank of America 500. The entertainment lineup also features the Better Half Dash, as the ladies of NASCAR duel in a 25-lap Bandolero charity race benefitting Motor Racing Outreach while their husbands and boyfriends coach from the pits.  The evening concludes with the ground-pounding season-finale for the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour. The best modified drivers on the planet race to decide the championship on the frontstretch quarter-mile oval.

It’s ALL included plus early afternoon Sprint Cup and XFINITY Series practice sessions for just one ticket.  And kids 13 and under get in FREE!

NASCAR XFINITY Series

The contenders for the NASCAR XFINITY Series Championship will fight to the finish with Sprint Cup series regulars in a Friday-night-free-for-all at NASCAR’s home track.  Your Drive for the Cure 300 ticket also includes TWO afternoon NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice sessions when your favorite driver is dialing in for Saturday’s race week finale.  The Fan Zone is open all day and kids’ tickets are FREE for ages 13 and under. Adult tickets start at just $25. Make it a fabulous, fun, family FRIDAY, and wear your pink to raise awareness for the fight against breast cancer!

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series

Sparks will fly as the intensity heats up on October 8th in the only Saturday night race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. It’s the 57th running of the Bank of America 500 fall classic in Charlotte NC, that could make or break Championship dreams. Kids' tickets in the family grandstand start at just $10 for children ages 13 and under.

World of Outlaws

The most prestigious dirt racing event in the country, the Oct. 27-29 Bad Boy Off Road World of Outlaws World Finals, returns for three days of heart-pounding, clay-slinging action on the lightning-fast, four-tenths mile oval. The Bad Boy Off Road World of Outlaws World Finals brings together the top series in the sport, the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the Big-Block Modifieds of the Super DIRTcar Series, for a full weekend of racing culminating in the crowning of all three series champions.
