This flag is on its way back from Camp Dwyer in Afghanistan, a military base and air field for the U.S. Marine Corps. The flag was flown at the base in honor of the CMS Pit Crew, a group of Charlotte Motor Speedway employees who engage in community outreach projects to “help people get back on track.” The flag will fly over the track during the May race weeks.
