Charlotte Motor Speedway internships give college students and recent graduates the opportunity to work behind the scenes of major live events, race weekends and year-round operations. From event management and communications to event operations and corporate partnerships, interns become part of the team, helping bring unforgettable experiences to life.

We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want real-world experience in sports and entertainment. No specific major is required — students from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Academic Credit
Many internship programs are eligible for academic credit through participating colleges and universities. Applicants interested in receiving credit should coordinate directly with their school regarding requirements and approval.
