All media covering the Bank of America ROVAL™ 400 weekend inside the facility must be pre-approved for media access. The credential office is located at the Gate 2 Ticket Booth between zMAX Dragway and The Dirt Track at Charlotte. It is easily accessed via the main entrance of zMAX Dragway off of Bruton Smith Blvd.

Speedway Credential Office Hours:
Friday – 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday – 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday – 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Once media have picked up credentials, they should enter the speedway at the main entrance (Bruton Smith Blvd. and U.S. 29) and proceed left to Gate 26 (Turn 3 tunnel). Media with a Gate 26 Parking pass will park just outside the Gate 26 tunnel. A media shuttle will run from this lot to the front of the Media Center. The shuttle service begins 30 minutes prior to the first garage opening each day.

Outlets that received a Media Center Parking pass should enter the infield at Gate 26 (Turn 3 tunnel) and proceed to the Media Center. Please park in the numbered space noted on the Media Center Parking pass.

The infield Media Center is located behind Victory Lane between the Cup Series and Xfinity Series garages. For media who received access to the Press Box (as noted on your credential), it can be accessed on the outside of the track at Gate 4. Media can take the elevator to level 2 (suite level). The Press Box is just to the left upon exiting the elevator.

The Charlotte Motor Speedway Media Center provides a workspace for a limited number of media working on a deadline, select photographers, broadcast partners, social media staff and NASCAR productions crew. Media Center access does not guarantee you a seat in the deadline room, but does provide those with access to stats and information, beverages, snacks, meal service during designated times, restrooms and WiFi.

Assigned seats in the Media Center and Press Box will be clearly marked with a nametag. Please do not move seats. Communications representatives will be available in the Media Center and Press Box to assist you throughout the weekend.
