Round 6 of Cook Out Summer Shootout delivered a star-spangled celebration at America’s Home for Racing for Red, White & Vroom presented by Pro-FABrication, as the Bradshaw family made its mark on the night. Pro driver Spencer Bradshaw and Bandits standout Maverick Bradshaw each put on thrilling performances under the lights, while fans joined in the excitement with interactive games, patriotic festivities and unforgettable moments throughout the night.
The evening was capped off with a dazzling display of fireworks as fans kicked off the holiday weekend in style at America’s Home for Racing.
BRADSHAW BRINGS THE SPEED WITH BACK-TO-BACK VICTORIES
As the fireworks faded from the sky, Spencer Bradshaw lit up the track in the Pros division with another dominant performance, capping off Round 6 of Cook Out Summer Shootout with a firework finale to remember.
Fresh off Monday’s Round 5 victory, Bradshaw carried that momentum into another standout performance, securing back-to-back wins in commanding fashion. Starting sixth on the grid, he quickly charged through the field, making his move into the top three by Lap 5 before taking control of the race. From there, Bradshaw showcased his speed and consistency, pulling away from the competition as the laps wound down.
Joel Smith and London McKenzie remained in the hunt throughout the second half of the race, battling inside the top three and keeping the pressure on the leader. Despite their efforts, neither driver could match Bradshaw's pace as he built nearly a three-car-length advantage and crossed the finish line to complete another impressive victory.
“It’s really good to know you're the fastest,” said Bradshaw. “And even when you make a little mistake, there's still that three, four car length gap.”
With consecutive victories to close out Rounds 5 and 6, Bradshaw continues to establish himself as one of the hottest drivers in the Pros Division, carrying plenty of momentum into the second half of the Cook Out Summer Shootout season.
Also celebrating at full speed were Smith, McKenzie, Tyler Reif and Chase Burgeson, who completed the top five after an action-packed night of racing.
BRADSHAW BATTLES TO THIRD BANDITS VICTORY
Maverick Bradshaw flew the stars and stripes to Victory Lane, capturing his third Bandits victory of the Cook Out Summer Shootout season after surviving a wild, Pro-FABrication caution-filled feature.
Lucas Harrison looked poised to steal the spotlight early, leading the field while Charlie Evans and Bradshaw waged one of the night's fiercest battles for second. As Harrison built a comfortable advantage, Bradshaw never let the leader out of his sight, patiently waiting for the opportunity to make his move.
On a late restart, Bradshaw powered to the inside of Harrison to take the lead. The fireworks continued behind the new leader as Harrison and Evans tangled in Turn 2 moments later, allowing Bradshaw to pull away over the final five laps and race to his third victory of the season.
Following Bradshaw to the checkered flag, Anthony Pedulla charged to a runner-up finish, with Landon Solomito, Carter Clapp and Evans rounding out the top five.
Also celebrating an All-American race night in Victory Lane were Ryan Hoffacker (Beginner Bandoleros), Carson Sherman (Outlaws), Frank Jirik (Chargers), Cole Dasenrbock (Young Lions), Dylan Faulkner (VP Fuels Semi-Pro) and Kevin Rollins (Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical Masters) for Round 6.
