From backflipping monster machines to 50-foot fireballs, the Cook Out Monster Truck Bash at The Dirt Track at Charlotte is a one-day, full-throttle extravaganza fans won’t want to miss. With a jam-packed schedule of jaw-dropping stunts, fan-friendly fun and high-flying competition, Saturday, Aug. 2 promises non-stop action for thrill-seekers of all ages.
Here’s the jam-packed schedule for the monstrous day ahead:
Saturday August 2nd Schedule:
- 4:30 p.m.: Early Entry for Fans Who Bring a Cook Out Cup
- 5 p.m.: Gates & Pit Party Open – Kick off the evening with monster truck ride-alongs, games, inflatables, souvenirs, autographs and more!
- 7 p.m.: Opening Ceremonies
- 7:10 p.m.: Monster Truck Qualifying — Watch as 11 trucks go all-out in timed runs to set the competition bracket
- 7:45 p.m.: Round 1 – Head-to-head battles begin
- 8:05 p.m.: Best Trick Competition – Time for drivers to show off their most jaw-dropping, creative moves, including attempts off the newly added backflip ramp
- 8:20 p.m.: Round 2 – The competition heats up as the final four battle it out in the dirt
- 8:30 p.m.: Bevins Garage Flame Throwing Tow Truck – This fire-breathing, tire-shredding rat rod will light up the night with 50-foot flames, wild burnouts and smoky, unfiltered chaos
- 8:35 p.m.: Final Eliminations – The last trucks standing go head-to-head for the Cook Out Monster Truck Bash title
- 8:45 p.m.: Freestyle Finale – Wrap up the night with a no-rules stunt showdown as drivers go big with their wildest, crowd-thrilling freestyle runs
