Cook Out Summer Shootout fires back up at America's Home for Racing next week, serving up a double helping of grassroots racing, family fun and fan-favorite entertainment to launch the summer season.
The action begins Monday, with the Cook Out Beach Party presented by Cook Out before rolling straight into Tuesday's Night of Games and Media Mayhem school bus showdown, creating a back-to-back showcase of everything that makes Cook Out Summer Shootout one of Charlotte's favorite summer traditions.
Gates open nightly at 5 p.m. with driver qualifying. Racing gets underway at 6 p.m.
COOK OUT BEACH PARTY PRESENTED BY COOK OUT
Monday night serves up a Cook Out Beach Party packed with eight high-energy Legend Car and Bandolero races, setting the stage for a full-throttle start to the summer. Fans can soak up the summer vibes with thrilling on-track competition, beach-themed games and family-friendly fun that will keep the frontstretch buzzing.
Get to the track early and kick off the season with an exclusive autograph session from 5:15-6 p.m. on the concourse with NASCAR Cup Series driver Ryan Preece.
Stop by Cook Out on the way to the track! Fans who bring a Cook Out cup to the gate will receive FREE admission to opening night.
NIGHT OF GAMES + SCHOOL BUS SLOBBERKNOCKER
On Tuesday, Night of Games turns Cook Out Summer Shootout into Charlotte's biggest game board. Fans can test their skills with interactive games throughout the speedway while drivers roll the dice in another action-packed night of Legend Car and Bandolero competition.
Adding an extra twist to the night's festivities, local media personalities and Charlotte influencers will trade the newsroom and social feeds for the driver's seat in another wild installment of Media Mayhem. These competitors will climb behind the wheel of 10-ton school buses and battle for bragging rights in one of Cook Out Summer Shootout's most anticipated traditions.
