After 10 weeks of intense racing battles, photo finishes and rising-star moments, Tuesday, July 29, the 32nd season of Cook Out Summer Shootout roars to a show-stopping finish. With tight championship battles, fan-favorite chaos and plenty of off-track action, fans can expect a jam-packed night of competition, flashy fireworks and fast-paced fun all night long.  

MEET THE STARS

Kick off Champions Night with exclusive NASCAR autograph sessions from 5:15 – 5:45 p.m. on the concourse. Fans can meet Front Row Motorsports Cup Series drivers Noah Gragson and Todd Gilliland, along with Xfinity Series standouts Jeffrey Earnhardt and Dean Thompson from Sam Hunt Racing. Don’t miss out on the chance to grab an autograph and see some of the sport’s biggest names up close, all before the green flag flies. 

BUS RACE MADNESS

Then, buckle up as Sam Hunt Racing unleashes the fun with the wild and hilarious fan-favorite school bus slobberknocker! Watch as these oversized vehicles go hood-to-hood in a competition that’s as chaotic as it is crowd-pleasing!

CHAMPIONS CEREMONY & POST-RACE FIREWORKS

When the racing ends, the celebration begins! Fans are invited to the frontstretch for a post-race autograph session with all the drivers from the 32nd Cook Out Summer Shootout season. Snap a selfie, score a signature and congratulate some of the best grassroots racers in the country on an unforgettable summer of speed.

Then, the spotlight shifts to the Champions Ceremony, where the top five drivers in each division will take the stage and soak in their hard-earned glory. Just when you think the night couldn’t get any bigger, a spectacular fireworks show will light up the sky in true Summer Shootout style, capping off another thrilling season at America’s Home for Racing.

WHAT’S ON THE LINE?

With titles on the line across multiple divisions, Tuesday’s finale is shaping up to be one of the most intense race nights yet. From Brexton Busch’s 57-point lead in Bandits to a head-to-head showdown between Tyler Reif and Jake Bollman, tied at 730 points, every lap will matter, and every finish could crown a champion.

ABOUT COOK OUT SUMMER SHOOTOUT: 

Celebrating its 32nd season, the Cook Out Summer Shootout is a 10-race showcase of speed, featuring eight racing divisions of Legend Cars and Bandoleros. Races are held each Tuesday night under the lights with championship points on the line all summer long. 

TICKETS:

Tickets are just $15; kids 12 and under get in FREE. Fans who wear past or present Summer Shootout driver merch will receive $5 off admission at the gate. Plus, every ticket purchase enters you into a drawing for four tickets to the Aug. 2 Cook Out Monster Truck Bash!  All summer long, fans who bring a canned food donation will receive $2 off as part of Blue Cross NC’s “Drive Out Hunger” campaign.
