THE SOUNDTRACK OF SPEED

Three straight days of racing are matched by three days of can’t-miss live entertainment across the Fan Zone.

  • Hairball: The fan-favorite tribute group returns Friday night with a larger-than-life production featuring pyrotechnics and spot-on tributes to Van Halen, KISS, Queen and Aerosmith, kicking off at 10 p.m. following the NC Education Lottery 200 night race.
  • 38 Special: Southern rock legends bring decades of hits, including “Hold On Loosely” and “Caught Up In You” to the Fan Zone following Saturday’s Charbroil 300 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series showdown.

  • Tim Dugger: The country hitmaker and longtime NASCAR favorite keeps the party rolling Sunday with performances at 11:30 a.m. and again following Trackside Live at 1 p.m. on Speed Street, bringing his high-energy mix of original songs, fan-favorite covers and racing spirit to race fans all afternoon.

  • Brad Paisley pre-race: Country music superstar and three-time GRAMMY Award winner Brad Paisley headlines the Coca-Cola 600 pre-race concert on the infield before NASCAR drops the green flag on the sport’s only 600-mile race. FREE for every Sunday ticket holder, fans can upgrade to stage-front access with a pre-race track pass to get closer to all the pre-race action, including the concert and driver introductions.

ENTERTAINMENT IN THE FAST LANE

All of the full-throttle action extends beyond the track and into Speed Street, where elite performance groups keep the energy rolling all weekend long. As seen on NBC’s World of Dance, hip-hop and popping duo FUNKANOMETRY brings high-energy choreography and next-level talent to the Coca-Cola 600 entertainment lineup. Meanwhile, BOOGIE STORM delivers an out-of-this-world performance blending dynamic choreography with interstellar flair. Together, they create a nonstop showcase of movement, music and entertainment Saturday and Sunday.

600 MILE SALUTE

There’s no more American place to kick off Memorial Day weekend than Charlotte Motor Speedway, where the Coca-Cola 600 honors our nation’s heroes with one of the most powerful pre-race salutes in all of sports. Fans will witness breathtaking military flyovers, patriotic performances and interactive military demonstrations featuring every branch of the United States Armed Forces before NASCAR’s biggest stars take the green flag.

The tributes continue throughout the race as part of the Coca-Cola 600’s annual 600 Miles of Remembrance program, with each NASCAR Cup Series driver carrying the name of a fallen service member on their windshield. Then, at the halfway mark of the race, the speedway will hold a moment of silence as drivers bring their cars to a stop in a moving tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice — a powerful moment perfectly leading into Memorial Day.

THREE DAYS OF SPEED

Across more than 700 laps of racing action, fans from all 50 states and 14 different countries – as far away as New Zealand, South Africa and Brazil – will experience nonstop wheel-to-wheel competition as three NASCAR series take over Charlotte Motor Speedway. The on-track action kicks off with Friday night’s intense CRAFTSMAN Truck Series showdown as stars like Kyle Busch, Ross Chastain and Travis Pastrana battle in the North Carolina Education Lottery 200. Saturday, the spotlight shines on the stars of tomorrow with the O’Reilly Auto Parts Charbroil 300, before the weekend culminates with Sunday’s crown jewel Coca-Cola 600.
