A brand-new theme night is making its debut at Cook Out Summer Shootout as Disco Night joins the party for a funky, high-energy celebration combining grassroots racing, themed entertainment and nonstop family fun on Tuesday, June 16 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Of course, a night of full-throttle racing wouldn’t be complete without off-track excitement. The inaugural Disco Night will feature interactive entertainment throughout the facility, including rockin’ lip-sync battles, groovy dance-offs and classic Name That Tune, delivering nonstop fun for fans of all ages.
Gates open nightly at 5 p.m. with driver qualifying. Racing gets underway at 6 p.m.
Adding even more star power to the festivities, NASCAR Cup Series driver and two-time NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series champion Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will host a special autograph session on the concourse from 5:15-6 p.m. Fans will have the opportunity to meet one of NASCAR's most recognizable competitors before enjoying a night where rhythm meets horsepower.
Fans are encouraged to break out their best disco-inspired attire and join the celebration at America's Home for Racing. Guests dressed in disco-themed outfits will receive $5 OFF admission at the gate, adding even more incentive to embrace the funky spirit of the evening. From the racing action on the track to entertainment throughout the facility, Disco Night promises an unforgettable night packed with speed, excitement and family-friendly fun.

Celebrating its 33rd season, the Cook Out Summer Shootout is a 10-race showcase of speed, featuring eight racing divisions of Legends Cars and Bandoleros. Races are held each Tuesday night under the lights with championship points on the line all summer long.
