As families gather and gratitude fills the air, Speedway Christmas presented by Atrium Health rolls into Thanksgiving Week with more festive fun, holiday magic and a brand-new round of seasonal surprises at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
QUEEN CITY NEWS MOVIE NIGHTS:
Get ready for a beloved holiday favorite! Queen City News Movie Nights continue Thursday through Sunday with a screening of Elf, presented by Autobell. After cruising past millions of twinkling lights, cozy up and enjoy Buddy the Elf’s spirited adventure on the 80-foot SpeedwayTV. The first showing begins at 6:30 p.m., with an encore immediately following. Tune in to 105.1 FM to listen along.
HOLIDAY SHOPS:
The village is buzzing with Thanksgiving-week energy as new and returning vendors bring handcrafted gifts and seasonal treats. Chestnut Groves Farms joins the lineup with festive goods, while M&R Fearless Designs offers creative décor perfect for brightening any home. Returning all season is Farm & Fleece, known for cozy handmade items that warm even the chilliest winter nights. It’s the perfect chance to get a head start on holiday shopping while soaking in the festive spirit.
FEATURED ATTRACTION:
The fan-favorite Cook Out Tubing Hill has moved into the heart of the Christmas Village, surrounded by twinkling lights and festive fun! Guests of all ages can slide down the snowy slopes again and again—just $15 per person for unlimited rides during their visit. It’s the perfect way to add a little thrill to your holiday experience.
HOLIDAY SAVINGS:
Looking ahead to next week, visitors can take advantage of a special community-focused offer. On Dec. 1, Speedway Christmas partners with Blue Cross NC to host a give-back night where guests who bring six healthy canned goods will receive FREE admission per vehicle, in a heartwarming way to kick off December and share the spirit of giving.

The 16th annual Speedway Christmas presented by Atrium Health will be open nightly Nov. 21 – Jan. 4 (closed Christmas Eve). Tickets are sold per vehicle, with weekday prices starting at just $46.
