Dec. 1: Blue Cross Blue Shield Drive Out Hunger Night

Give back while you take in the glow! On Monday, Dec. 1, Speedway Christmas presented by Atrium Health and Blue Cross NC invites guests to help “Drive Out Hunger” by bringing six canned food items (meats, beans, soups and dairy products) for FREE admission. Donations will be collected at the gate to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, helping fill local food banks and brighten the holidays for families in need—proof that the true magic of the season starts with giving.

Dec. 6: Signing Santa Night

A cherished Speedway Christmas tradition returns on Dec. 6 as Signing Santa welcomes families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing. From 6–10 p.m. inside the magical Christmas Village, Santa will use American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate with guests, creating a comfortable and inclusive experience for all. Families can share holiday wishes, take photos and enjoy a sensory-friendly visit designed to make every child’s holiday experience special.

Dec. 7: Food Lion Feeds

Load up your sleigh and give back in a BIG way with Food Lion Feeds! From Dec. 4–7, the infield transforms into Food Lion Holiday Lane — a festive wonderland packed with treats, giveaways, coupons and nonstop holiday cheer. Then, Sunday, Dec. 7, the season’s biggest promotion returns: bring five canned food items per vehicle for $10 off admission at the gate, or donate $5 for the same discount or give $10 and unwrap a free general admission ticket valid any night through Jan. 4. Every donation supports families in the Charlotte community, making your night under the lights even more meaningful and magical.
