Demonstrating a strong commitment to performance excellence and organizational goals, Speedway Motorsports recently honored its leading 2025 corporate sales achievers during the company’s annual awards ceremony in Charlotte. Sonoma Raceway’s Randall Brown was recognized with the Corporate Events Award, while Speedway Motorsports Vice President of Business Development Devron Jeffers earned the On-Track Award. Speedway Motorsports Director of Corporate Events and Business Development Jill Frischmann was celebrated with the Client Service Award, and Bristol Motor Speedway was named Sales Team of the Year.

Corporate Events Award
With 25 years of sales experience at Sonoma Raceway, Senior Director of Corporate Events & Business Development Randall Brown was named the Speedway Motorsports Corporate Events Award winner for 2025. Selected from a company-wide pool of corporate event and business development professionals, the Corporate Events Award is given in recognition of a leader who makes a significant impact on the corporate events business, including new business development, client service, retention and overall revenue.
On-Track Award
A native of Texas who spent nearly two decades at Texas Motor Speedway before returning to parent company Speedway Motorsports’ national sales team, Devron Jeffers was named this year’s On-Track Award recipient. The On-Track Award recognizes the company’s salesperson for having the highest year-over-year impact at a local and/or national level.
Client Service Award
For her extraordinary contributions to the EchoPark Speedway naming rights project, the 2025 Client Services Awards was presented to Speedway Motorsports’ Jill Frischmann. Open to sales team members who are primarily involved with client service and other support roles, the Client Service Award recognizes someone who has shown outstanding support for his or her sales team, clients and processes. Consideration for this award includes partner feedback, contributions to the efficiency or operations of sales efforts, support of other Speedway Motorsports sales teams or events and overall performance.
Sales Team of the Year Award
Looking at the overall year-over-year financial performance of each of Speedway Motorsports’ 11 premier facilities and its affiliates, Bristol Motor Speedway’s Corporate Sales Department was awarded the Sales Team of the Year honor. Bristol’s team stood out for its efforts around the historic MLB Speedway Classic to drive incremental corporate event revenue.

In addition, Speedway Motorsports announced this year’s Winners’ Circle members, individuals recognized for meeting or exceeding year-over-year growth targets. This year, the following individuals were recognized:
