Speedway Christmas presented by Atrium Health continues to light up Charlotte Motor Speedway during the most festive week of the season. As families prepare for Christmas, guests can enjoy immersive drive-thru light displays, festive village attractions and seasonal entertainment that capture the joy of the season, including one last chance to check in with Santa before his big night.

MERRY MARKET FINDS:

The Christmas Village is the perfect stop for last-minute holiday shopping and festive fun. Guests can browse through glassware and apparel from A Lo Spanglish, capture fun family memories with Greene Thumb Caricatures and find custom home décor, including doormats and kitchen towels from LKN Doormats. Younger guests will love Toys N Such, offering a variety of toys and gifts sure to delight on Christmas morning. Plus, don’t miss the chance to make sure you’re on Santa’s naughty list before his big night! Photos with Santa closes for the season on Dec. 23.

BIG-SCREEN MAGIC:

Queen City News Movie Nights keeps the holiday magic rolling this week on the massive 16,000-square-foot SpeedwayTV. On Dec. 22-23, families can cozy up to How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), presented by Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, before the screen switches to the final movie of the season, fully ringing in Christmas Day with The Polar Express, Dec. 25–28. After cruising through the glowing drive-thru light show, guests can tune in to 105.1 FM and enjoy these holiday favorites under the stars.

HOLIDAY HARMONIES:

Adding to the festive atmosphere, Grace Church will take the Christmas Village stage on Friday, Dec. 27, sharing joyful carols and holiday cheer with guests throughout the evening.

PLAN A VISIT:

For the first time this season, the Christmas Village will be open Monday and Tuesday (Dec. 22-23), offering last-minute stops before all of Speedway Christmas closes for Christmas Eve. The drive-thru light show, Christmas Village and Cook Out Tubing Hill will reopen on Christmas Day and remain open through Dec. 28, which will mark the final day of operation for the Christmas Village. The drive-thru light show will continue nightly through Jan. 4.
