Charlotte Motor Speedway is more than pleased to review donation requests for our NASCAR events in May and October!
Due to the high level of interest and demand, we must carefully select the organizations to which we provide donations. Charlotte Motor Speedway does not grant monetary donations and cannot fulfill every request we receive. However, we will evaluate each submission and notify you if we are able to grant your request.
Incomplete forms will not be considered. Organizations are limited to one donation request per event, per year. Applications must be from a non-profit, charitable organization with 501c3 tax status.
A request on your organization's letterhead providing the date of your fundraiser and who benefits is required, as well as a copy of the IRS determination letter confirming 501c3 tax status.
