For your safety and well-being, Charlotte Motor Speedway asks that certain rules and regulations be followed. Charlotte Motor Speedway, The Dirt Track at Charlotte or the zMAX Dragway will not be held responsible for items left in the speedway or around the gate areas. Prohibited items must either be returned to the fan’s vehicle or discarded. Unlawful items discovered at any time are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of those items may be denied entry and is subject to arrest.
- All bags must be no larger than 14"x14"x14"
- No umbrellas of any kind are allowed in the grandstands, suites or The Speedway Club
- No glass containers Strollers are allowed inside the gates, but are not allowed in the grandstands
- No pets, except service animals
- No weapons, including, but not limited to, firearms, knives and impact weapons
- No skateboards, roller skates or scooters
- No bicycles, mopeds, etc.
- No beach balls, balloons, etc.
- No signs or banners
- No horns, whistles or other loud items
- No stadium seats with arm rests
- Due to safety concerns, fans are not allowed to have or operate any multi-passenger vehicle (motorized or self-propelled) inside spectator gates.
- Other items that in the judgment of Charlotte Motor Speedway personnel pose a safety hazard or may diminish the enjoyment of other fans may be prohibited.
Yes, we offer handicapped seating at The Dirt Track. It is available on the lower and second levels (reserved seating required; companion seating available).
Yes. Smoking is allowed, but in designated smoking areas only. Smoking in the stands is prohibited.
Yes. There is an ATM on-site at The Dirt Track.
Yes. Alcohol will be available for purchase to attendees 21 and older.
Pit Passes are available at Ticket Booth 2, located roughly 200 yards to the left of the main entrance of The Dirt Track.
No. All ages are allowed in the pit area at The Dirt Track. Minors (17 and under) require a signed waiver and one parent MUST be present, or the waiver must be notarized with signature.
Yes. Fans may bring a soft-sided cooler (max 14x14x14) and a bag/backpack (max 18x18x14). Hard coolers are not permitted. Coolers are not allowed in Suites. Coolers and/or bags may be subject to search prior to entry.
