NASCAR’s electrifying atmosphere returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend for the 66th annual Coca-Cola 600, capping off a weekend of fun, celebrity appearances, tasty treats and more at America’s Home for Racing. The action on the track isn’t the only thing fans won’t want to miss. With entertaining concerts each day, mouth-watering treats and a Memorial Day Weekend that exudes the meaning of patriotism, there is something for everyone on the legendary weekend.

Time to Get Grooving

Charlotte Motor Speedway is the place to be this weekend for high-energy entertainment with a lineup that will have fans vibing all weekend. Hairball is ready to rock the stage on Friday night, under the lights at BetMGM Speed Street. Their exhilarating performance will close out the night after the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 CRAFTSMAN Truck Series showdown. On Saturday, GRAMMY-nominated group Smash Mouth will grace the BetMGM stage, bringing nostalgic global hits, transporting fans back in time. The eight-time ACM Group of the Year, multi-platinum country music sensation, Old Dominion, will pump up the crowd with a pre-race concert to set the tone for the high-octane Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday afternoon.

BetMGM Speed Street

An all-star music lineup isn’t the only thing fans can find at BetMGM Speed Street. Away from the track, the ultimate fan entertainment area will feature the ultimate destination for new and exciting things to enjoy. Speed Street’s main stage will host Trackside Live with legendary driver appearances from Kyle Petty and Michael Waltrip. Fans can stroll through a variety of enticing partner displays. Stop by BetMGM’s Victory Lane-themed activation or visit Coca-Cola’s “Big Red” display, featuring a variety of fan-friendly entertainment and USO engagements. Check out the latest vehicles in Toyota’s footprint or visit with some of the many U.S. Armed Forces personnel on-site for the weekend. Even before the green flag falls, there’s plenty for fans to see and do to get geared up for a day of racing fun.

Tasty Treats

Dozens of different food vendors, offering a wide array of tasty treats, will make their way to America’s Home for Racing to help fans fuel up and feel good throughout the weekend. There will be sweet, savory and everything in between for race fans to enjoy.

Levy Restaurants, Charlotte Motor Speedway’s food services partners, will feature four creative and innovative UFO sandwiches (think warm Uncrustables), leaving every fan wanting more. Fans can choose from a Carolina hot chicken sandwich, a classic smash burger, brisket cheese fries or – to complete the patriotic theme – a red, white and blue sweet treat which includes blueberries, strawberries and marshmallow fluff.

Salute to Service

A Charlotte Motor Speedway tradition each Memorial Day weekend is honoring the men and women in the U.S. Armed Forces for their active service and paying tribute to those who served. The weekend will include participation from all six branches of service in a captivating and patriotic celebration. As part of the pre-race salute, fans will enjoy aerial demonstrations by two U.S. Army Blackhawks, ground exercises with six Howitzers and a rousing flyover by three A-10 Warthogs. The crowd will be serenaded with God Bless America, God Bless the USA and Carolina in My Mind by the 82nd Airborne Division All-American Chorus. The State of Freedom address will be presented by Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, who will also be joined by senior leaders from the Army, Navy and Marines to give the command to fire engines.

Each NASCAR driver will carry the legacy of a fallen service member by displaying their names on the windshield as part of 600 Miles of Remembrance. The families of those 42 brave fallen service men and women will be treated to a Gold Star Family luncheon while in attendance all day Sunday for the Coca-Cola 600. The honorable North Carolina Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association will be presented on the sun deck. This organization offers a brotherhood and safe space community to retired Vietnam pilots, restores old Vietnam helicopters and honors those who fought for our country in Vietnam.

Whether a NASCAR newbie or a longtime fan of the sport, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy this weekend.
