New "Smile 4 Your Service" Veteran Recognition Program Invites 1,000 Vets and Guests to Join Aspen Dental Doctors in a Special Celebration of their Service at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (Aug. 20, 2016) - Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) will be giving 1,000 veterans and guests the opportunity to be honored with a special VIP experience at the upcoming NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Bank of America 500 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on Oct. 8 in a celebration of service and support of access to dental care.

Beginning Aug. 29, veterans can visit www.Smile4YourService.com and sign up to attend the race and enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience where ADMI will honor their selfless service to our country and bring attention to the fact that many unfortunately do not receive the dental care they desperately need and deserve. The experience will include the best in NASCAR Sprint Cup racing, including premium grandstand seats plus pit road and VIP access at the pre-race concert by triple-platinum rock band 3 Doors Down.

This recognition program is a continuation of Aspen Dental practices' support of veterans. It is also part of their quest to help improve and raise awareness about veterans' oral health needs. Aspen Dental practices have already provided more than $6.2 million in free dental care through the Healthy Mouth Movement, a community-giving initiative which provides dental care for veterans. The Movement includes several components that bring free dental care directly to vets: the MouthMobile, a mobile dental office on wheels, which has traveled to over 60 communities over the past two years to provide free care, and annual Day of Service events where hundreds of Aspen Dental practices across the country open their doors to vets, completely free of charge.

"Aspen Dental dentists saw a true need and they are so proud to have been able to give back to those veterans living in their communities. It has been amazing to see how regaining a healthy smile can truly transform someone's life," said Mark Censoprano, Chief Marketing Officer, Aspen Dental Management, Inc. "I'm thrilled we're giving away 1,000 tickets to vets and their guests so they can be honored in Charlotte this October."

"I've gotten to see firsthand all that Aspen Dental does to support our nation's veterans and it'll be great to have such a large contingent of those men and women who've served our country at Charlotte this fall cheering on the No. 10 Aspen Dental Chevrolet team," said Danica Patrick, driver of the No. 10 Aspen Dental Chevrolet SS for Stewart-Haas Racing. "Our country's veterans have given up so much for our freedom, and I am proud to have a partner like Aspen Dental that does so much to honor their service and support their access to quality dental care."

Promoting Access to Dental Care
For many veterans, maintaining their oral health is unfortunately out of reach due to barriers like cost, access, time or even fear. In fact, of the more than 21 million veterans across the U.S. today, fewer than 10 million are enrolled for U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health benefits, and more than 1.2 million lack health insurance altogether. The disparity is even more pronounced when it comes to dental care since the VA currently only provides dental coverage to those who are 100 percent disabled, have a service-connected dental condition, or have a service-oriented medical condition that is affected by their mouth.

To help, Aspen Dental practices and doctors will continue the Healthy Mouth Movement and its service to veterans. For more information, please visit www.HealthyMouthMovement.com.
